The Foundation for Pathobiochemistry and Molecular Diagnostics (SPMD) promotes research, teaching and scientific innovation in laboratory medicine. It supports projects, the promotion of young talent and the exchange of knowledge between science and practice. Through this charitable work, the SPMD helps to improve the quality of diagnostics and patient care in the long term – and provides the RfB with a strong scientific foundation.
