What you bring with you
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or studies in the field of computer science
- Ideally already experience in the support of Windows and Mac systems
- Service- and solution-orientated way of working
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills and reliability
- Independent and structured way of working with the aim of continuous development
Your tasks
- 1st level support in Windows and Mac environments
- Windows Server Administration
- Implementation of updates, creation of backups
- Purchasing and provision of software and hardware
- Support of the MS365 environment
- IT inventory and licence management
- Creation and configuration of interfaces between different systems
- User support in the ERP system
- Supporting the transition to cloud-based working

Medical-technical assistant with experience in quality management (m/f/d) – Bonn
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as an MTA, BTA or CTA
- Theoretical and practical laboratory experience
- Experience in quality management, ideally with the DIN EN ISO 17043 standard
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An actively practised service orientation towards customers
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
Your tasks
- Production of control materials for proficiency tests and pre-evaluation of proficiency tests
- Communication with customers by e-mail and telephone
- Creation, administration, updating and regular review of quality management documents
- Planning and implementation of internal audits, preparation of external audits
- Supporting the proficiency testing organisation in carrying out the annual management review
- Support with the organisation of education programmes
