Comply with Rili-BÄK, ensure quality
By complying with Rili-BÄK, laboratories meet all essential quality assurance requirements — such as those set out in the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV) and the Federal Framework Agreement for Doctors (BMV-Ä). Our EQA schemes are tested and accredited in accordance with ISO 17043. This contributes to reliable laboratory results and thus helps to avoid consequences such as fines or billing problems.

How an EQA scheme Works
Our EQA schemes are standardised, reproducible and practical. We ensure the quality of your analyses in seven steps – from registration and sample dispatch to individual evaluation.
1 – Registration
Laboratories register online for the desired program.
2 – Sample production
EQA samples are produced by us, accredited reference laboratories, and specialized manufacturers.
3 – Shipping
The samples are shipped worldwide.
4 – Analysis
The participating laboratories analyze the samples under routine conditions.
5 – Submitting results
Each laboratory submits its measurement results online via the customer portal within the specified period.
6 – Evaluation
We compare the results with the target values – supported by independent experts and scientific advisors.
7 – Feedback & certificate
Each laboratory will receive an individual report and a certificate of participation.
