Frequently asked questions

Under “Orders” you will find a direct display of your currently ordered EQA schemes for the current year. If you click on the “Calendar”, “List” or “Prices” buttons, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail addresses you have stored with the corresponding displays. This works in the same way if you select a different year.

Certificates for parameters subject to mandatory EQA schemes are valid for twice as long as the interval of the mandatory EQA scheme. For parameters that are not regulated by the RiliBÄK, the validity has been set at twice the interval offered, e.g. the EQA scheme VT “Vitamins and analgesics” is offered every six months, so a certificate is valid for one year.

This change is only effective for the presentation on our homepage. If you wish to make changes to the certificate, the delivery address or the invoice address, please contact us by e-mail, fax, telephone or post. You will find our contact details in the imprint.

You should have received the ordered proficiency test samples by this date. If this is not the case, please contact us by telephone so that we can send samples as soon as possible. You will find our telephone number in the imprint. If you report the missing sample delivery after the end of the EQA scheme, you will unfortunately no longer be able to participate.

Changes or new entries can be made at any time until the end of the EQA scheme period. As long as the EQA scheme is listed under “Current EQA schemes”, you have access to it.

As long as you are active in your account, you can work unhindered. For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out if nothing has been clicked on in your account for 15 minutes. You will receive a message 1 minute before the time limit expires, allowing you to extend the session.
