What you bring with you

• Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as an MTA, BTA or CTA
• Theoretical and practical laboratory experience
• Ideally experience in quality management
• A structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An actively practised service orientation towards customers
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Your tasks

• Production of control materials for proficiency tests
• Pre-evaluation of proficiency tests
• Communication with customers by email and telephone
• Support in quality management
• Support with the organisation of education programmes if required
