RfB is expanding its portfolio of external quality assurance services in laboratory medicine and is permanently introducing the PCR-based detection of human papillomaviruses (HPVpcr) as a standalone EQA scheme. The scheme, which was previously part of the PolyVir2 EQA scheme (Set 5), will be offered twice per year in the future. In addition to the qualitative detection of HPV by PCR or other amplification techniques, optional HPV genotyping and quantification can also be performed.

- Qualitative HPV detection
- HPV genotyping
- HPV quantification
Material:
Cell culture supernatants, four samples of 0.5 mL each
