Following the successful pilot EQA scheme in June 2026, RfB is expanding its external quality assurance portfolio in laboratory medicine and will permanently include the EQA scheme for the determination of phosphatidylethanol in whole blood (PE) in its EQA programme. This EQA scheme will be offered twice a year in the future.
