We are pleased to inform you that the RfB is expanding its external quality assurance offer in laboratory medicine. In May 2026, we will be offering a pilot EQA scheme for the multiplex PCR based detection of meningitis/encephalitis (ME) pathogens (bacteria/viruses/yeasts).
Analytes of the pilot EQA scheme:
- Detection of bacteria/viruses/yeasts associated with meningitis/encephalitis
Participation in this pilot EQA scheme is free of charge for registered participants. Only shipping costs will be charged according to the shipping price list. You can register via your participant account at www.rfb.bio . The number of participants is limited to 30, and places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received. After the registration deadline, you will be notified whether you can take part in the pilot EQA scheme.
