The RfB is expanding its portfolio of external quality assurance in laboratory medicine.
In September, a pilot EQA scheme for the determination of inflammatory biomakers in cerebrospinal fluid will be offered.

- Interleukin 6 (IL‑6)
- C‑reactive protein (CRP)

Cerebrospinal fluid, lyophilised, 2 samples of 1 ml each
Participation in this pilot EQA scheme is free of charge for registered participants. Only shipping costs according to the shipping price list will be charged.
Registration takes place via the participant account at www.rfb.bio.
The number of participants is limited to 20, and places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received. No additional sample pairs will be shipped. After the registration deadline, participants will be informed whether participation in the pilot EQA scheme is possible.
