We are pleased to inform you that RfB is expanding its external quality assurance (EQA) portfolio in laboratory medicine.
In October 2026, we will offer a pilot EQA scheme for the determination of tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) antibodies in lyophilized human serum/plasma samples (0.5 mL).
Analyte of the pilot EQA scheme:
- FSME IgG
- FSME IgM
Participation in this pilot EQA scheme is free of charge for registered participants. Only shipping costs will be charged according to the shipping price list. You can register via your participant account at www.rfb.bio. The number of participants is limited to 30, and places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received. After the registration deadline, you will be notified whether you can take part in the pilot EQA scheme.

Sample dispatch: October 20, 2026
Test period: October 26, 2026 – November 7, 2026
